The Bilingual Communications Manager will be based in the AIMS-Cameroon\u2019s Centre, Limbe, Cameroon, and will assist in managing all communication activities of AIMS-Cameroon, including public relations and community engagement. Responsibilities include developing and implementing diverse communication plans utilizing traditional and non-traditional tactics designed to educate, engage, and inform stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for someone with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a Master\u2019s degree in communication, marketing, public relations and\/or closely related disciplines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Community Outreach with knowledge of the local Cameroonian context<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bilingue (fran\u00e7ais et anglais) avec de solides comp\u00e9tences r\u00e9dactionnelles dans les deux langues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connaissance de la production m\u00e9diatique, de la communication, des m\u00e9dias sociaux (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.) et des techniques et m\u00e9thodes de diffusion, y compris les moyens alternatifs d&#039;informer et de communiquer via les m\u00e9dias \u00e9crits, oraux et visuels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contacts et exp\u00e9rience avec les m\u00e9dias locaux et r\u00e9gionaux requis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and telephone protocol.
