The role involves overseeing program management, program finances, program Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, and fundraising tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for someone with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A Master\u2019s degree in international development, project management or related social sciences or education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated fundraising successes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 5 years professional experience in managing projects with clear partnership program and budget management experience including management of day-to-day implementation of program activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High degree of comfort in Results Based Management, M&amp;E and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience and understanding of the impact evaluation requirements for working with international donors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent facilitation and communication skills in English and French, both oral and written.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work in multicultural teams and interact effectively with multi-cultural, inter-generational, inter-racial students -, staff and the public.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An understanding of gender equity and equality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding and\/or experience in the area of education and development in Africa, with a strong focus on Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrepreneurial, self-starter who enjoys a dynamic work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Internet applications (Zoom, Google Meet, Gmail, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>S&#039;il te pla\u00eet <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aims-cameroon.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2024\/04\/CE-CM-PT-JOB-profile-for-Program-and-Partnership-Manager-CMR-March2024-3-mf-H.pdf\">Cliquez ici<\/a><\/strong> to view the full job description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Closing date for applications:<\/strong> 20 May 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DISCLAIMER<\/strong>: AIMS Cameroon reserves the right to disqualify ineligible, incomplete and\/or inappropriate applications.
