This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer or related professional to gain broad, hands-on experience across construction supervision, facilities management, and project coordination, while directly contributing to the growth of AIMS-Cameroon&#8217;s campus and sports facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support planning, design, and supervision of infrastructure and construction projects, including buildings, sports facilities (football stadium, courts, swimming pool), student accommodation, and perimeter works<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and review technical drawings, cost estimates, and bills of quantities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct site inspections, monitor contractors, and ensure quality and compliance with approved plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support preventive maintenance, facility condition assessments, and repair coordination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate materials, equipment, and suppliers for construction and maintenance activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain technical documentation and report regularly to the Chief Operating Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical experience in construction supervision, civil works, or facilities maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in technical drawing and design software (e.g., AutoCAD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently across both office and site environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership (or proof of eligibility) with the National Order of Civil Engineers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br>Submit your CV, a cover letter outlining your relevant experience, and copies of your academic\/professional qualifications (including proof of Order of Civil Engineers membership) to <strong>careers@aims-cameroon.org<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri\u00e8re de citer <strong>&#8220;Facilities &amp; Infrastructure Assistant&#8221;<\/strong> in the subject line and body of your motivation letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>AIMS-Cameroon is an equal opportunity employer and warmly welcomes applications from qualified women.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Applications close 11 October 2026.
