Une approche holistique et globale qui prend en compte la prestation de services, les partenariats avec les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs existants et le renforcement de l&#039;environnement politique qui soutient les enseignants et l&#039;enseignement des STEM est essentielle \u00e0 cet objectif. Une initiative efficace de formation des enseignants est l\u2019un des meilleurs moyens d\u2019effectuer un changement de comportement positif et durable qui contribuera \u00e0 une utilisation accrue des math\u00e9matiques et des sciences au niveau national. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2016, l&#039;Institut Africain des Sciences Math\u00e9matiques (AIMS) a lanc\u00e9 son programme pilote de formation des enseignants, The Teachers Training Programme (TTP), au Cameroun afin d&#039;am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l&#039;enseignement des math\u00e9matiques et des sciences au niveau des cours de perfectionnement, la promotion des meilleures pratiques et la distribution de ressources p\u00e9dagogiques de haute qualit\u00e9 aux enseignants en service et en formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces efforts pour am\u00e9liorer l&#039;enseignement des STEM augmenteront la transition des \u00e9tudiants vers l&#039;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur des STEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notre mission<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous croyons qu&#039;en enseignant les math\u00e9matiques diff\u00e9remment, d&#039;une mani\u00e8re plus engageante et pratique, cela piquera les int\u00e9r\u00eats des \u00e9tudiants pour cette mati\u00e8re et par la suite les mati\u00e8res STEM, car les math\u00e9matiques sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme l&#039;\u00e9pine dorsale et le fondement de toutes les sciences. Cela augmentera donc le pipeline d&#039;\u00e9tudiants, en particulier de filles, dans ce domaine. Avec de nombreux \u00e9tudiants dans ce domaine, la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 d&#039;un pays est plus imminente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AIMS TTP est l\u00e0 pour:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l&#039;enseignement et de l&#039;apprentissage des math\u00e9matiques au Cameroun;<\/li><li>augmenter le nombre d&#039;enseignants qualifi\u00e9s (femmes) en math\u00e9matiques au Cameroun;<\/li><li>augmenter le nombre d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e8ves (filles) qui suivent une formation STEM au Cameroun;<\/li><li>proposer diff\u00e9rentes opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re aux \u00e9tudiants qualifi\u00e9s en STEM;<\/li><li>vulgariser, d\u00e9mystifier et montrer l&#039;importance des math\u00e9matiques<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lanc\u00e9 en partenariat avec la Mastercard Foundation, le programme de formation des enseignants AIMS a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats d&#039;apprentissage en math\u00e9matiques des \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire. Gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9veloppement professionnel, aux ateliers de formation, aux ressources de classe de haute qualit\u00e9 et aux salles de classe intelligentes ax\u00e9es sur la technologie, TTP permet aux enseignants d&#039;am\u00e9liorer leur p\u00e9dagogie et d&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transition vers l&#039;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur des STEM. Depuis d\u00e9cembre 2017, le programme a form\u00e9 plus de 1956 (348 femmes) enseignants du secondaire en activit\u00e9 dans 38 ateliers, 944 enseignants en formation dans 12 ateliers depuis mai 2017 et sensibilis\u00e9 666 directeurs et d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s dans 8 ateliers depuis 2018. Le but de l&#039;apprentissage pr\u00e9-atelier est de s&#039;assurer que tous les participants sont expos\u00e9s aux m\u00eames id\u00e9es et th\u00e9ories fondamentales en pr\u00e9paration de l&#039;atelier pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Atelier en face \u00e0 face<\/strong>: un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de formation en pr\u00e9sentiel intensif de 6 jours avec des sessions anim\u00e9es par des \u00e9quipes de Master Trainers. Les Master Trainers sont une \u00e9quipe d&#039;inspecteurs p\u00e9dagogiques et de professeurs d&#039;universit\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 form\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9thodologie TTP, et qui travaillent actuellement \u00e0 la formation de tous les professeurs de math\u00e9matiques de l&#039;enseignement secondaire pr\u00e9- et en service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suivi en classe<\/strong>: Les ma\u00eetres formateurs continuent \u00e0 encadrer et \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les enseignants dans leurs salles de classe pour encourager la mise en \u0153uvre de la m\u00e9thodologie TTP concernant la pr\u00e9paration des le\u00e7ons, la prestation des le\u00e7ons et les pratiques en classe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes.<\/li><li>Insertion professionnelle (communaut\u00e9s de pratique pour les professeurs de class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<h5><strong>L&#039;atelier de formation initiale des enseignants<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce s\u00e9minaire est con\u00e7u pour compl\u00e9ter les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences des enseignants en formation afin qu&#039;ils aillent sur le terrain avec leur volont\u00e9 de changement et soient des agents de changement dans la philosophie du TTP qui se r\u00e9sume comme suit: \u00abApprendre et enseigner les math\u00e9matiques diff\u00e9remment\u00bb .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le s\u00e9minaire s&#039;\u00e9tend sur un atelier de 3 jours co-organis\u00e9 par l&#039;AIMS TTP, le Minist\u00e8re de l&#039;Enseignement Secondaire (MINESEC) et les HTTC concern\u00e9s, pour toutes les enseignants de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de la formation pr\u00e9paratoire \u00e0 chacun des trois HTTC (Bamenda, Maroua et Yaound\u00e9 ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" math\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet atelier est un atelier pratique d&#039;une journ\u00e9e en face \u00e0 face avec des activit\u00e9s pratiques con\u00e7ues pour relier la th\u00e9orie \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, facilit\u00e9 par des animateurs d\u00e9sign\u00e9s et le personnel du TTP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contenu de l&#039;atelier<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sessions de l&#039;atelier sont anim\u00e9es par des facilitateurs s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s et sont organis\u00e9es, anim\u00e9es et supervis\u00e9es par le personnel du TTP.
