{"id":3913,"date":"2021-04-06T22:12:38","date_gmt":"2021-04-06T22:12:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aims-cameroon.org\/?p=3913"},"modified":"2021-07-19T09:03:50","modified_gmt":"2021-07-19T09:03:50","slug":"aims-ttp-sensitises-47-principals-in-bertoua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aims-cameroon.org\/fr\/aims-ttp-sensitises-47-principals-in-bertoua\/","title":{"rendered":"AIMS TTP sensibilise 47 directeurs \u00e0 Bertoua"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de formateurs du programme de formation des enseignants AIMS Cameroun (AIMS TTP) \u00e9tait \u00e0 Bertoua, si\u00e8ge de la R\u00e9gion Est, le 1er avril 2021 pour sensibiliser 47 directeurs, dont huit femmes.<br><br>Parmi les plaintes des professeurs de math\u00e9matiques du secondaire lors des ateliers AIMS TTP \u00e0 travers le pays, la plus importante est le manque d&#039;environnement propice dans les \u00e9coles pour un enseignement et un apprentissage efficaces des math\u00e9matiques. Les emplois du temps surcharg\u00e9s et le ratio \u00e9l\u00e8ves \/ enseignant \u00e9lev\u00e9 ainsi que l&#039;absence de mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des d\u00e9fis par les enseignants de math\u00e9matiques. Ces ateliers leur permettent d&#039;apprendre exactement quelles sont leurs responsabilit\u00e9s en termes d&#039;administrer et de soutenir une \u00e9ducation math\u00e9matique r\u00e9ussie dans leurs \u00e9coles, ainsi que de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques des enseignants de math\u00e9matiques - en particulier ceux qui mettent en \u0153uvre la m\u00e9thodologie TTP.<br><br>\u00c0 ce jour, neuf (09) ateliers de formation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre \u00e0 travers le pays. AIMS TTP ciblait initialement 400 directeurs et d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s dans la phase actuelle de 5 ans du projet AIMS TTP. 713 ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s.
