Dans la phase I, les \u00e9quipes de ma\u00eetres formateurs mod\u00e8rent l&#039;apprentissage en ligne ou en face-\u00e0-face tandis que dans la phase II, les ma\u00eetres formateurs animent des sessions d&#039;ateliers en face \u00e0 face. La phase III vise la mise en \u0153uvre efficace des connaissances, comp\u00e9tences et attitudes acquises (KSA). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie de cluster, les ma\u00eetres formateurs offrent un encadrement et une formation continus, tout en surveillant et en \u00e9valuant les enseignants. Dans le cadre de ce mod\u00e8le en cascade, AIMS TTP d\u00e9ploie des experts internationaux ou des personnes ressources pour former des ma\u00eetres formateurs. Les ma\u00eetres formateurs forment des professeurs de math\u00e9matiques qui \u00e0 leur tour enseignent aux \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-3
