After obtaining Master&#8217;s in civil engineering at the University of Douala, Aloys joined AIMS-Cameroon to explore and grow his knowledge in mathematics and applications which one is very important to understand and explain much phenomena and theories in engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being at AIMS-Cameroon, Aloys worked on a research project on the study of suspension system for construction machinery based on negative stiffness structure : Numerical simulations and introduction of Physics-informed neural networks and still working on improving it in other to publish. While being at AIMS-Cameroon, Aloys has been able to grab and opportunity to obtain a post-graduate certificate in Business Management from the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT-Berlin) within the AIMS-ESMT IIP, which program prepared him adequate tools to find his way on the market place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aloys is currently a Master&#8217;s research, Master of philosophy student at the University of Douala where is working on a project combining machine learning and civil engineering fields.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aloys is a dynamic problem solver with excellent communication and teaching skills.
