[To equip the next cohort of students, AIMS Cameroon is inviting qualified vendors and oems to bid for the supply, delivery and commissioning of fifty (60) high-performance laptops.

What we need

  • 512 gb nvme ssd
    
  • nvidia® geforce rtx™ 4050 laptop gpu or higher with ≥ 6 gb gddr6 vram
    
  • wifi 6, bluetooth 5.x, back-lit keyboard, 50 wh battery (8 h typical)
    
  • windows 11 pro, hd webcam, full port set
    
• new ou alors professionally refurbished: refurbished units are accepted provided they meet every specification above et carry the same 36-month hardware warranty.

• 40 %: technical compliance

• 15 %: warranty & after-sales support
  
• 10 %: delivery timeline
  
• 10 %: relevant experience
  

bidders scoring below 70 % on technical compliance will not proceed to financial evaluation.
