From May 21 to May 23, 2024, AIMS-Cameroon hosted a three-day training program specifically designed for public service workers in the city of Limbe. This initiative aimed to equip participants with the latest skills and knowledge to enhance their effectiveness in doing collaborative work, managing data and automating task.

Through this workshop, participants gained expertise in utilizing cutting-edge technologies to streamline collaboration with colleagues, organize and analyze data for informed decision-making, and automate repetitive tasks, ultimately boosting their overall efficiency.
Furthermore, the training equipped participants with practical skills that directly translate to improved public service delivery. By mastering data analysis and collaboration tools, they can now work smarter and focus on delivering better outcomes for the Limbe community.

By investing in the skills of Limbe’s public service workforce, AIMS contributes to the city’s long-term development and strengthens the relationship between the institution and the community, but above all, this initiatives is at the heart of AIMS’ student development activities, as it engages the students as volunteers to support the training, teaching them the value of community engagement and service.
