Overview
This research school offers an intensive program covering advanced topics in symplectic topology, differential geometry, and related topics. Through introductory courses, exercise sessions, and advanced lectures, participants will explore fundamental questions such as the symplectic non-squeezing theorem, rigidity of Lagrangian intersections, random nodal sets, and convex integration for solving nonlinear differential constraints. In addition to theoretical aspects, programming sessions will allow participants to apply modern computational methods to solve partial differential relations. Aimed at researchers and advanced students, this school provides a comprehensive approach to contemporary problems in geometry and topology, combining rigorous theory with practical applications.Format of sessions
The program offers 6 different courses, including 4 courses on symplectic geometry and topology, one course on random geometry in a Riemannian setting, and one course on convex integration. Each course in the “symplectic” block is divided into an introductory lecture, an exercise session, and an advanced course. The two Riemannian courses are organized as an advanced course and an introductory course followed by a programming session. A roundtable on scientific publishing issues and sessions for participants to present their work will also be organized.Official language of the school
