Isidore BIKOKO is an Associate Professor whose work and professional engagements lie at the intersection of academic research, technological innovation, and strategic organizational development. He positions himself as a key actor in advancing deeptech ecosystems in Francophone Africa, adopting a systemic approach that integrates knowledge production, technology transfer, and economic valorization.

In this capacity, he plays a structuring role as a bridge between academia and the socio-economic sphere, facilitating the operationalization of research outcomes within entrepreneurial and industrial dynamics. His work notably includes ecosystem networking and partnership engineering initiatives connecting Francophone African technology ecosystems with international institutions such as ICESCO, COMSTECH, and AfriLabs, a pan-African network of over 520 innovation hubs, where he has served as Cameroon Ambassador since 2024.

His research and professional engagements focus on the structuring of innovation ecosystems, organizational governance in emerging contexts, and deeptech startup acceleration models. In this regard, he is the Founder of Intellium Global Perspective Group, an acceleration platform dedicated to supporting high-potential technology startups.

At the operational level, he serves as an expert in strategic engineering and organizational transformation, particularly within the framework of the Adaptive Social Safety Nets Project funded by the World Bank in Cameroon, where he contributes to integrating innovation-driven approaches into public policy design and implementation. Between 2021 and 2025, he also trained, mentored, and supported hundreds of senior managers on issues related to organizational sustainability and strategic performance.

His experience with leading international organizations—including the World Bank, UNDP, UNEP, IFAD, AUF, African Business Heroes, Agency for All (California), and UCPO—has provided him with a nuanced and comparative understanding of innovation ecosystems in Francophone Africa, as well as the ability to align local challenges with global dynamics.

Finally, he acts as a high-level facilitator in the design and implementation of transformative projects, supporting public, semi-public, and private institutions in their development strategies, while fostering connections between project leaders, investors, and international partners.
