Prof. Mohamadou Alidou is a prominent academic and researcher at the University of Maroua in Cameroon. He serves as the Director of the École Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique de Maroua (ENSPM), a position he has held since 2020.

He served as the first Dean of the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Maroua (2014–2020).

Research Focus: A physicist by training, his research areas include renewable energy (such as CIGS solar cells), nonlinear physics, and modulational instability.
