Anne Nadine Tewonoue Djota

Cameroon

Taught Masters, 2018/2019

While at AIMS, Anne studied Tandem junctions formed by Kesterite or Perovskite on thin silicon bottom cell. She first modelled the two sub-cells that will be used to form the tandem junction, then evaluated the performance of the bottom cell. She found that Solar cell performance is highly dependent on the layer parameters and mainly on the thickness and doping concentration.

Anne is currently a PhD student at Universität Hamburg, Germany.
