At AIMS, Lynda was part of the first batch of the climate science stream and “the experience experience was so unique”, she says. Her final thesis was on evaluating the deflection angle of Tropical cyclones using data analysis and mathematics. The results that Will soon be published, helped to track where the tropical cyclone will strike.

After AIMS, Lynda got a Master scholarship in Nigeria on renewable and new energy systems that she is currently rounding up. Moreover, she has been awarded still in Nigeria a PhD scholarship in the field of renewable energy.

“By studying climate science at AIMS Cameroon, I reoriented my desire from producing energy to clean energy production for sustainable development”, she says.
