Passy Miano is an AIMS-Cameroon Masters graduate for the year 2020/2021, with a major in Mathematical Modelling of the Climate. Her research thesis centered on the application of Time-Frequency Analysis and Machine learning models to forecast carbon markets, a project that yielded significant insights and garnered publication, thanks to the guidance and support of her supervisor, Dr. Jules Sadefo from the University of Montpellier.

Currently, she holds the position of a digital and innovation fellow for the African Union, where her primary responsibility is to utilize digital tools to address data management issues within the organization.
