The Second Edition of the International Day of Mathematics was celebrated at the AIMS- Cameroon Center on March 14 th 2021 under the theme: “Mathematics for a Better World”. In the presence of the Centre President, Professor Mama Foupouagnigni, students from four secondary schools participated in a mini-Olympiad while presidents of two Mathematics Teachers’ Associations
AIMS Cameroon joins the mathematical community all over the world on May 12, 2021 to celebrate the Third Edition of Women in Mathematics Day. The Goal of the Day is to inspire women everywhere to celebrate their achievements in Mathematics, and to encourage an open, welcoming and inclusive work environment for everybody.
